NEW CENTRAL PARK TOWNHOME w/ Golf Course view Across from Arnold's Park!
- Brand new in 2023 townhome located in the new "Central Perk" housing across the street from the bustling Arnold's Park, shopping, restaurants and of course, the LAKE!
This unit has a golf course view from the back, a private garage stall and convenient parking located right by the unit. There will be a deck off the second level living / dining and a first floor patio.

“Ryan’s Retreat” is named after a friend of ours who unexpectedly passed away in July 2022. He couldn’t get enough of Lake Okoboji; loved being on the lake spending time with friends and family. If you have spent any time here in the past, he has probably bought you a drink at some point. He had the biggest heart and we wanted his memory & love for Okoboji to live on.
