"Nice amenities in room for short stay. Parking was easy and there were many parking spots. However, outside of hotel rooms, there are no trash cans. The place has an interesting smell as well (not horrible but not great). I wish internet connection was better."

"The hotel made a decision that there would simply be no housekeeping no matter how long your stay. The check in staff was extremely rude. The breakfast was mediocre. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable but it felt like this was probably once a decent hotel that has seen better days. Disappointing."

"1 night stay, Check-in quick. Staff was pleasant and efficient. We were able to check in early for a fee. Although paid parking was a bit confusing and expensive The velvet parking attendant advised when parking the first time the room card may not work at first but grab a ticket and take it to the front desk to adjust. 17th floor Room was clean as well as the hotel. Nice city view. Pleasant smells through out the hotel. Elevator carpet are stained and need updating but otherwise ok. Paid breakfast buffet expensive and average. Although there is a omelette station, you can order off menu. Restaurant coffee was cold, but there is a complimentary coffee station in lobby. Hotel is across the street from the Arch. Over all I would stay again and recommend although, I would eat breakfast somewhere else cheaper. "

"They were nice, but when I got there the room I had picked was not available so they upgraded us to a King Suite. The property was a little run down but overall ok. "
