Very friendly and helpful front staff. Restaurant staff very accommodating- we arrived late for the breakfast buffet and they made us a very nice and complete meal. Restaurant and front entry and desk were excellent- very comfortable and welcoming Pool was very nice but a little bit cold- or a hot tub in the corner for those of us who like to soak for a while

In contrast to the general quietness the rooms were rather loud: one could clearly hear the neighbours speak. Also the window facing the parking lot didn't really shut out the noise that was often coming from there. Before our trip I sent an email asking about vegan options at the breakfast buffet. I did not get an answer to that. The staff at the breakfast room, though, was very helpful. At the other hand it must be said that apart from oat- and soymilk there wasn't really anything vegan that could have made us experience a luxurious breakfast for that price..

I like the hotel. It is in the forest. I enjoyed the walk in the nearby area. The hotel overall is very good. However I did not like the pool. The water was rather cold and the lighting was gloomy.

Hotel dated and basic . Most of staff friendly and helpful. Poor servicing of rooms , not hoovered , dusted or bed changed for whole seven days. Only given one small bath towel each and paper cups for beverages. Had to ask for loo roll as not replaced. The room was also really hot like a sauna we had to have fan on all the time . The radiator was off so ??? Entrance not easy to find . Would not recommend and would not use again.

The place have good view and rooms are clean, the out door swimming pool is not working and the indoor is not for kids means no swimming pool for kids the windows are too bright with no window cover as we have two hrs late check out but the staff was asking for extra payment if we need to check late later when we saw them the email the accept it over all I will not recommend it and never come back to this place

Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel, genoeg om te kiezen bij het ontbijt. Werden zelfs paar week terug gebeld ivm arrangement (op tijd dineren + vervoer) ivm concert in Gelredome waar we naar toe gingen. Wel jammer dat toen we terug kwamen in het hotel om 23.45uur, geen drankje meer konden doen.

In unserem Zimmer war es super heiß. Die Trinkbecher waren alle verstaubt. Das Dachfenster mit Winkeln verschraubt und somit auch nicht zum öffnen. Die Innenpool war leider defekt. Das Frühstück war allerdings super.

We hadden een 4 persoonskamer en die was fijn omdat het 2 aparte kamers waren met ieder een deur aan een gangetje met een badkamer. 4 eenpersoons bedden die fijn lagen. Alleen was het verschrikkelijk warm in de kamer terwijl het buiten max 19/20 graden is geweest. Hele avond ramen open en ventilator in het raam bracht maar matig verbetering. Probleem was dat er buiten een grote afzuiger of verntilatorunit hele nacht draaide met zo’n herrie (een beetje zo’n geluid als een auto in hoogzomer met vol blowende airco aan komt rijden en je zo’n hele harde ventilator bij de motorkap hoort) dat we raam dicht moesten doen om te slapen maar dat ontplofte de hitte weer. Het ontbijt was prima en fijne ruimte met uitzicht op tuin. Als het iets warmer is een mooi terras om te ontbijten. Helaas was alleen de rampzalige hitte van de kamer en daardoor slechte nachtrust een echte domper. Jammer van verder was het een prima hotel in een mooie omgeving.
