"Lovely comfy bed - good food and good service - the shower unit leaked like a sieve and within minutes the bathroom floor was flooded - used all my towels to soak up the mess and was supplied more to use for myself. (Room 6)"

"If you're staying in Ilkley, the Craiglands is your go to hotel. There's a lot still to like about the place. Reception is friendly, bar area is good and the place is clean.
