Guest relations are brilliant at helping with taxi reservations, horse riding bookings to recommending places to eat in the 2 two towns a 15 mins away by taxi either side of the hotel. "The bathroom had no hot water and no solution could be found, and this was in November. The water also smelled of rotten eggs. The door to the room could not be locked, so we put our suitcases by the door to protect ourselves. The toilet paper was spartan, with one roll, so we got some ourselves. ..."
