The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. THe rooms had great views and beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling that area.

The hotel was gorgeous, staff accommodating and beautiful views. Wifi did not work on our staff and roads around hotel are not in great condition so difficult for regular size vehicles to get to.

Unpaved street and nearby Hostal noise

The street and driveway were in disrepair. I almost crashed the car attempting to pull into the driveway. I had to back away and drive up the unpaved road and turn around to get enough momentum to pull into the Highway. We had to pay an extra 30$ fee to use the Hot Tub and it was only half filled with water. There is also a Hostal that is above the property that Parties loud until 10P every night we were there.

Antes que nada felicito a Mauricio que fue una maravilla entre muchas cosas que tienen mejora. Tania igual es muy amable. La otra chica tiene cara de pocos amigos y nada recomendable. La propiedad tiene una vista increíble a las montañas, la habitación familiar es amplia pero muy mal acomodada, espacio no aprovechable, y un baño ridículamente pequeño. Nos quedamos 2 noches y no nos hicieron limpieza “que porque no avisamos que la queríamos!?” Y pues sin sábanas limpias o toallas. Queríamos usar el jacuzzi y nos enteramos que tiene un costo de $32us POR HORA! Nunca había escuchado algo tan ridículo de cobro. Esta propiedad no cuenta con gimnasio o nada extra, si lo rentas para dormir y tener una bonita vista y dormir este es tu lugar, de lo contrario no podría recomendar la propiedad porque cobran bien y no le meten dinero para tener una propiedad más aceptable. Repito Mauricio fue genial y siempre está a la orden, apóyense con el. El staff no tiene la culpa de una propiedadttt tan triste y mal aprovechada.
