"Excellent location for taking in sport events at Globe Life or AT & T. My adult children loved the proximity and view of AT&T. Very clean, easy, fast check in. Large Breakfast selection and lots of seating. We did not take advantage of "happy hour", but definitely a bonus if you have time. "

"This B & B is an absolute GEM!! My husband and I recently stayed at the Sanford House B & B for our 15th anniversary and had the most amazing experience. The property is beautiful and pristinely maintained. We stayed in the Verona cottage which we highly recommend. First off the cottage is VERY spacious. It had a living room area as well as a separate area with a twin bed all in addition to a huge bedroom with pocket doors and master bath which has a huge bathtub and it was so relaxing. The king bed was spacious and comfortable. The cottage had everything we needed including a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge and an umbrella for the unexpected rain the first day we arrived 🎉 The entire staff from front desk to restaurant was exceptional! Briana went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner special and the front of house manager Sarah was very attentive and professional. The food in thoughtfully prepared and each bite was delicious. Our dessert was a special anniversary plate which was beautifully plated. Our lunch server Michael was so nice and he made the best old fashioned my husband ever had!! Our breakfast host was friendly and helpful and the French toast was yummy. Each person we met from the staff was very friendly welcoming and made us feel very special. We are already planning our next visit. Also forgot to mention the Sanford Spa across the street! We had the most relaxing couples massage by Margo and Claudia!"

"We found everything about the house perfect for our visit. Plenty of room for 8 adults and each couple had their own bathroom. Kitchen was very well stocked and has everything you need to stay in and cook. Location is safe, quiet and just a short walk to all the best that downtown Arlington offers. Contact with owner was great and always responded quickly. We 100 percent recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "

"Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. "
