"Very clean. Great location with easy access to the metro. Self parking for a fee was a plus. Most city hotels require valet parking. Even though we used the self parking, the valet helped us with our bags."

"We stayed there so we could use the global parking for a week while we traveled and did not get back until midnight . The parking was not easy to figure out . Valet when we arrived said just go get ticket and park, when leaving we attempted to scan our receipt for what we paid for and had to call valet for help as it would not let us out. He said we should have informed them we had global parking when we got there and I said I did. Waiting to see if the hotel charges us as well !!!!😡"

"The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff were very friendly and hard working. The front desk service was below average. We had to wait for 10 minutes or so for someone to show up at the front desk. The bar tender didn’t show up for work, so the advertised happy hour never happened. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s a nice neighborhood. Worth staying overall."

"Our only complaint was the average tasting and prepared breakfast food. Rubbery waffles, tasteless eggs, dry sausage, bland orange juice. We’re not expecting gourmet food but this food was definitely not acceptable, given what we paid for our stay."
