"The hotel is a bit dated. But location and staff are great. My only one complaint is I tried operator a number of times but there is no one picking up the phone. Not sure why. "
"Very nice hotel in a great location. Conveniently located a short walk to the Metro. Breakfast was a little better than typical continental breakfasts at other hotels. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the parking situation. The parking garage below the hotel is extremely tight…. As in multi point turns around the corners. "
"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to bus stops. Close to restaurants. Allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours after check out. Price was right. "
"The staff was so kind in holding my personal items until my room was ready. They found a cup to put my flowers in water and used their fridge to hold my salmon pasta. May seem small but the level of hospitality was huge for me. "
"The parking garage and price to park was horrendous. $51 a night for a hotel guest! The garage is a circle underground so tight spaces go in every direction. There’s no guarantee you’ll find space for your car. I’d never stay here again because of the parking alone.
The hotel itself was great but I drive not take an uber so parking matters! "
"The rooms were extremely outdated and looked straight out of the 1990s. The AC kept shutting off, leaving the room either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, and the walls were painted yellow with obvious spot‑painting that made everything look even worse. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of the worst Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in."
