"The clerk was super nice. My grandson kept asking to go swimming(he’s 3years old) it was evening time and he was very persistent. The pool was closed when we got there but opened in the evening the clerk let us stay just a little longer which we really appreciated if for no other reason but to make a 3year old happy!! "

"They’re clearly trying to fix it up but this place needs a full redo. The in room AC smelled moldy - like rotting muenster cheese. Everything is just kinda crappy and in need of some TLC. For instance, the fire sprinkler housing was loose/hanging down onto the sprinkler head in my room. The sewar lines need replacing or significant maintenance as the toilet clogs too easily. I could go on…. This place is fine if you’re a dude traveling on your own and you’re looking to save a buck. I would never bring my wife or kids here. The breakfast was ok. "

"The shower curtain was to short so the floor was always a wet mess. The night clerk was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff must have been having a bad day. We heard the manager tell a clerk that she could discuss their conversation with a lawyer. Very unprofessional "

"The host was not reachable until the 4 pm check in time, at which point she provided an entry code. This is a modest house with modest accommodations. The kitchen had a smattering of dishes, pots and utensils. No dishwasher. Sleeping accommodations were fine and the neighborhood is quiet. The best thing about the house is its location: easy access to the freeway and relatively short distance to the exit for Cottonwood Canyon ski areas."
