Lovely base for Arles

Lovely quiet house with pool on the outskirts of Arles but already in the countryside. Attentive and charming hosts, big garden, minutes from the city, museums etc. Strongly recommend for families who want to sight-see and also have somewhere to have a dip and relax

Amazing

Beautiful holiday house, very well looked after with stylish interior and amazing outdoor space and delightful pool. Very safe with electric gates and friendly owner living next door but giving us all the privacy to enjoy this amazing property.

Détente en Provence

Lovely 18th century farmhouse that is comfortably appointed. The property offers great indoor and outdoor space. The grounds are well kept up and the pool is a delight. Responsive owners who are ready to troubleshoot at each step. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour cet agréable séjour!

Un extérieur fabuleux !

Accueil chaleureux par les hôtes disponibles et très sympathiques. Le gros point fort de cet endroit que nous avons beaucoup apprécié est son extérieur avec une grande piscine privée comme on trouve rarement ailleurs, un espace couvert joliment décoré mettant à disposition deux hamacs et une petite pièce aménagée pour pouvoir cuisiner près de la table de jardin. Juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’évier dans cette pièce mais nous avons utilisé l’eau de la douche située à proximité pour éviter des allers-rerours entre la pièce et la maison. Ayant des enfants âgés de 3 à 5 ans, l’agencement de la maison n’était pas très pratique avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et une chambre à l’étage mais tout s’est bien passé. De même pour les toilettes qui se trouvent à l’étage uniquement. Coup de coeur pour salle de bain en béton ciré qui dispose d’une baignoire très spacieuse. Le coin « salon » se trouvant sur le palier à l’étage, nous n’en avons pas du tout profité mais nous étions souvent à l’extérieur près de la piscine. Nous aurions peut-être apprécié un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine, notamment des spatules en bois pour pouvoir cuisiner plus simplement.

Wunderschönes, rustikales Ferienhaus.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erst hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Dabei haben wir auch einige Nachteile zu spüren bekommen. Das Haus ist kaum beheizbar. Der angegebene Föhn fehlte (wir hatten unseren extra zu Hause gelassen). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, was sehr positiv ist. Allerdings funktioniert der Wäscheständer nicht. Durch die Feuchtigkeit hat sich die Haustür verzogen, dass man sie so nur noch mit großer Kraft öffnen oder schließen konnte. Aus der gefliesten Treppe sind immer wieder kleine Kachelstücke rausgefallen. Und wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass wir am Ende die Mülltonne zur nächsten Kreuzung (ca 400 m) bringen müssen, hätten wir unseren Müll direkt im dortigen Container entsorgt. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Schlafen: es gibt 4 Betten und 1 Sofa. Es gibt 1 Bad und ein davon separates Klo ohne Waschbecken. Eigentlich ist das Haus ideal für bis zu 4 Personen. Bei Sonnenschein hat sich dann der ganze Charme dieses Anwesens entfaltet. Ein wunderschöner Pool, eine Außenküche mit Grill, Hängematten, Liegestühle am Pool, ein weitläufiger Garten, einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter wohnen im Anbau neben dem Haus, ihr Garten ist vom Hauptgarten durch eine Mauer getrennt. Wir hatten deswegen Sorge, ob die Kinder nicht zu laut sind, da sie sich auch schon Ende März/Anfang April in den Pool gewagt haben. Insgesamt war es wunderschön.

Séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait !! Accueil très sympathique, le Mas est entretenu et decoré avec beaucoup de soin et la piscine est un vrai plus (surtout au mois d'Aout)

Très bon week-end entre amies !

Un long week-end aux portes de la Camargue dans une maison de charme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment ! La piscine et le jardin sont plus qu'apréciables et agréables, un vrai moment de détente au calme ! La proximité avec le centre d'Arles est un vrai bonus ! Merci à Nicolas et sa femme qui sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils !

Lovely Provençal Holiday

The house is lovely especially the outside space with the pool and gardens. We had a lovely time and the place is certainly spacious enough and well equipped. Our only downside was the bedrooms were very hot given the time of year - the air conditioning unit was only in the living room. Would have been good to have some fans or similar to cool the bedrooms. The host was extremely responsive to any messages and left us to enjoy the property fully during our stay. Only other issue we faced was lack of WiFi due to a network issue - first world problems!

Très bonne expérience

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines au Mas Michon, et nous recommandons ce logement. La maison en pierres est bien décorée et équipée. Elle est assez petite mais adaptée à notre famille avec ses deux chambres. L’atout majeur est l’extérieur avec le très grand jardin, la piscine, les transats et le pool house, dont nous avons pleinement profités. Nicolas nous a très bien accueillis, et s’est montré à la fois très serviable, discret, et réactif à nos demandes. Quelques suggestions d’amélioration pour les futurs locataires: - un extendeur de signal wifi serait le bienvenu car le signal est quasi inexistant dans la maison, et malheureusement la réception 4G dans cette zone n’est pas bonne non plus. - la vaisselle est un peu juste, même pour 3 personnes, et il manque quelques ustensiles pour le barbecue. Un très bonne expérience, que nous aurions plaisir à renouveler si l’occasion se présente.

Nästan allt var precis som vi förväntat oss. Egen pool, poolhus och trädgård var mycket värt i värmeböljan. Huset enkelt men charmigt. Nära till sevärdheter och utflyktsmål. Vi saknade dock hyresvärdens utlovade kunskaper i engelska och likaså det trådlösa internet som skulle finnas i huset.

Joli mas provençal au pied de la Camargue et des Alpilles

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui a également été disponible au cours de notre séjour. Ce mas est très charmant et a surtout un espace extérieur idéal pour toute la famille: très grande piscine, salon extérieur, espace vert, … Nous en avons très bien profité entre 2 visites ou lors de nos journées "farniente". En plus de sa superbe piscine, ce mas a le grand avantage d'être merveilleusement situé pour découvrir la Camargue, les Alpilles et la cité arlésienne.

1 semaine idyllique à Arles

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la maison de Nicolas à Arles plus qu’agréable. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes, 1 enfant, 1 ado) et tout correspondait à nos attentes. L’intérieur est petit mais largement suffisant et bien décoré. L’extérieur est idéal: entre la piscine, le pool boisé, le jardin, .. le domaine est superbe. Super séjour! Merci encore!

Calme et cigales à volonté
