"We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people."

"My wife and I had a amazing time. the property is very beautiful and peaceful, being in the woods with no distractions of cell phones and other people gave us the chance to clear our minds and really relax. Dave and Terry are great hosts. made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. We will be going back again. t least once a year to regenerate our souls. :}"

"The cabin was great! A little confusion at the outset getting power (we had to turn on main breaker). Nice quiet place to come home to after doing some contractor work in Alfred. The only thing that would make it better is Wifi to be able to get some work done remotely but not a big deal. Hopefully will be able to stay again each year of the work contract."

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, private, and everything we needed was right there. We did not need to bring anything except, clothes, toiletries, and groceries. They provided linen, towels, and all other supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a wide array of K cups and teas to choose from. The bathroom has TP, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The place itself is charming, has a front porch with chairs, a big backyard, grill, a small table and chairs...

"We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable."
