"Beautiful hotel, Good location as next door to the train station. Reception staff were very helpful and had good customer service skills. Restaurant food was good although there were very few staff on and this lessened the looked after feeling. Breakfast was good. Pool was lovely but we went about ..."

"Not being able to adjust the temperature of you own room was an issue - you have to go down to reception to get it adjusted and being on a route home to I presume student halls of residence meant groups of noisy folk going home in groups from 02.00 - 05.30 in morning resulted in little sleep."
