This was a clean well-kept BW. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and location was a little out of town. But it served well for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy two-bedroom house with central heat and air. Close to downtown Ark City.
Very nice house & very clean. Good location with gas and grocery store just a few blocks away. Owners were very responsive and house/bed was very comfortable.
