"Perfect location, excelente staff"

"This is a no-brainer for the value. A large buffet Breakfast was included, on-site parking was easy, and the staff allowed us to check in early and even had our room made up with the extra bed. Super clean and pretty updated throughout. The room was huge. Convenient walk to everything in Andorra la Vella. Definitely where I’ll stay next time I’m in town!"

"Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene."

"went to check in and they gave me a room key that didn't work... we tried with the staff for 20 minutes and couldn't get in. They had to switch rooms... The hotel is older and the shower head is really flimsy. Wifi was slow too."
