This old village house has been converted into 4 apartments, we have invested a lot of love and effort so that our guests can enjoy a holiday with all necessary facilities. Each apartment is fully equipped for 2 people. The house with about 250 m2 is located in a quiet area, in the village of Arico Viejo. We invite you to relax. Three of the four apartments each have a living space of approx. 50 m² and the fourth is slightly smaller with approx. 35 m². There is a main entrance to the small complex where you come directly into the courtyard. From there you can reach the sheltered apartments. Three of the four have their own roof terrace. The property CASA Barranquillo, divided into 4 apartments, with its romantic flair is located away from mass tourism. Tenerife South Airport is about 25 km away. The small town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Although small you will find everything you need here. There is bank with ATM, gas station, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, supermarket, drugstore, medical service (Centro Salud), as well as bars and restaurants with local cuisine. The sea is about 5 km. PORIS DE ABONA invites with a sandy beach, as well as the converted former pier, for swimming. There are also a few tiny bars that offer not only local snacks but also chilled drinks. In the village there are also other shops and restaurants. Directly from the house hiking trails lead into the surrounding area as well as in the mountains. The increasingly popular climbing Eldorado Arico's is within reach. Sandy beaches and small bays are easily accessible. The surfing paradise EL MEDANO near the airport is about 25 km away. There are waves and wind virtually guaranteed. And bikers are not forgotten. Tenerife enjoys especially with this group of people ever increasing popularity. Arico is a municipality in the southeast of the Canary Island of Tenerife with about 7392 inhabitants. It is connected to the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife via the southern highway TF-1, about 45km and over the old road Santa Cruz de Tenerife - Adeje. The coastline is 17 km long and the daytime temperature varies between 17 and 24 ° C. Neighboring communities are Fasnia in the north, Granadilla de Abona in the south and southwest and La Orotava in the northwest. The seat of the municipality is Villa de Arico.

Die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt gefielen uns gut.
Alles war praktisch neu und in Ordnung. Mit einer Ausnahme: Zwischen Wohnküche und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss gibt es eine Treppe OHNE GELÄNDER. Da ich Gehbehindert bin war das eine echte Erschwernis. Leider gab die Beschreibung der FeWo keinerlei Hinweis auf eine solche Treppenverbindung, sonst hätte ich diese Wohnung nicht gewählt! Der Weg vom Bett zur Toilette war der weitest mögliche in dieser Wohnung.
