About this property

At sea level, and overlooking the beach. Apartment with terrace and 8 hrs of sun

The apartment located on the third floor of a building that is at street level. It is the most comfortable location. Cross the street and in 20 steps you are on the beach.
The private terrace of the apartment has sea views.
Being a duplex, the third bedroom is on the upper level. It has a roof of 50 m2. Where there are hammocks to enjoy the sun's rays.
The terrace has a sunbeam until late afternoon. Very much appreciated by our guests.
