Vacation Home 'Sa Figuereta Living Place' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

  • Located in Ariany, Mallorca, Sa Figuereta Living Place is a newly renovated 400 m² house, perfect for groups of up to 16 guests. You’ll enjoy 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The private kitchens on the ground and first floors are fully equipped and include a coffee maker for your convenience. All rooms and common areas feature air conditioning and heating. High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, multiple washing machines and dryers, and a dedicated workspace are available. For families, there are 2 cots, 1 high chair, and a ping-pong table.



    Outside, you can relax in the private garden and on the upper and lower terraces, all with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains. The private outdoor pool is perfect for unwinding, and the private barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals.



    Street parking is available. Beach towels are provided. Events and smoking are not allowed.



    The recently renovated property offers unbeatable views of the Tramuntana mountains, spaciousness, tranquility, and independence. There is also a gym, spa area, and several common rooms for your comfort.
