Beautiful new villa with garden and pool between vineyards and scrubland
- Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the air-conditioned house of 142 m2 with swimming pool can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children.
Located 8 km from Uzès and 7 kms from the Pont du Gard, on the edge of a very quiet village, it has a living room and a dining room overlooking the terrace and the garden and d a modern kitchen with access to a covered terrace.
The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in the second part of the house opening onto the pool.
A 3rd bathroom is installed in the pool house next to the pool.
A large car park is available at the back of the villa.
