A recommander

Appartement spacieux et propre dans une très belle propriété entretenue avec soin et goût. La voiture est toutefois indispensable. En revanche, le "matériel cuisine" mis à disposition est un peu chiche (pas de plateau ni de maniques, peu d'assiettes, ce qui oblige à faire une vaisselle après chaque repas). Ceci n'est toutefois qu'un détail par rapport à la qualité de l'ensemble.

Gepflegtes Apartement in ruhiger Anlage mit Pool

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub in diesem Objekt sehr zufrieden und würden für einen Strandurlaub auch wieder gerne zurückkehren. Das Objekt ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen: für An-/Abreise oder Ausflüge sehr nahe zur Nationalstraße (keine Lärmbelästigung), ca 2,5 km zum Strand, nur 500m zu einem riesigen Intermarche). Für französische Verhältnisse ist es super ausgestattet/eingerichtet: sehr modern, schönes Bad mit großer Dusche, Küche mit allen Geräten (Küchenuntensilien wie scharfe Messer etc könnte es aber ein wenig mehr geben). Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass die Vermieterin keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellt, sondern diese selbst mitzubringen ist bzw vor Ort auszuleihen ist. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist großzügig und mit vielen Liegen ausgestattet, allerdings liegt er auf dem Geländer der Villa der Vermieterin und kann deswegen nur von 10.30-18.30 genutzt werden. Der Urlaubsort selber ist günstig gelegen, um an den weiten Sandstränden der Region zu baden oder in die vielen kleinen (aber im Sommer auch sehr vollen) Buchten der Cote Vermeille zu fahren, die reizenden Küstenorte der Cote Vermeille zu besuchen (Collioure!!!), Ausflüge nach Perpignan, Narbonne, Carcassone oder den Katharerburgen im Hinterland zu machen oder Wanderungen in den Alberes (unbedingt Tour Madeloc und Tour Massane) zu unternehmen. Argeles sur Mer ist die Campinghauptstadt Frankreichs, das sollte einem bewusst sein, dh es handelt sich nicht um einen mondänen Badeort, sondern um einen sehr bodenständigen Ort mit vielen Attraktionen insb für Kinder (Aqua- und Vergnügungsparks). Trotzdem sind Objekt und Urlaubsort für einen schönen Strandurlaub kombiniert mit Ausflügen in die wunderschöne und kulturhistorisch bedeutende Umgebung sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Nous avons apprécié ce logement propre et moderne. Peu bruyant, attention tout de même au rez de chaussé, on entend les personnes au premier mais rien de trop bruyant (Je pense que cela dépend beaucoup des résidents malheureusement ). Parfait pour une famille, les lieux sont sécurisés pour les petits et la piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et à l'écoute.
