Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Argelès-sur-Mer, this charming house air-conditioned with a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace of about 50 m². We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber) included, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×200).
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- One terrace of about 50 m², facing South

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, fan.

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and calm environment close to the sea and the city center. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Nestled at the foot of the Albères massif, the famous seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer has all the ingredients for a vacation that is both sporty and relaxing. Its vast 7-kilometer sandy beach, its 12-hectare pine forest on the seafront, and its 3-kilometer tree-lined promenade make it a very popular tourist destination. Numerous activities of nautical leisure, but also terrestrial, are moreover practicable there.
- Tourist sites: Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast), Perpignan the capital of Roussillon, Saint-Cyprien, Banyuls-sur-mer...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities, hiking, boat excursions, fishing....
- Gastronomic heritage: the anchovy of Collioure, the vineyard of Banyuls, the apricot of Roussillon...
- Events : Les déferlantes - Concerts...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the numbered private parking space (1 vehicle).
- Nearest train station : Collioure (14 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Perpignan (30 minutes by car).

Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la climatisation.En appelant la conciergerie le problème a été réglé très rapidement. La disponibilité a été plus qu'appreciée. 🙁 Un salon de jardin était annoncé dans l'annonce mais une fois sur place, il n'y était pas. Le propriétaire l'avait enlevé mais pas remplacé. La climatisation est mal située dans le logement"

Soleil des Acacias "Argelès-sur-mer et la région sont très agréables et bien équipés pour un véritable séjour de détente 🙂 Résidence calme à proximité de la plage centrale et du centre ville (boutiques et restaurants et 2 marchés) mais également du centre du village (boutiques, restaurants et marché), à équidistance des 2, environ 1 km. Maison bien équipée, 2 vraies chambres avec des lits doubles et literies en excellent état, 2 salles d'eau avec douche et lavabo, 2 wc, un petit salon/cuisine avec internet et télé, clim, une terrasse couverte avec auvent, plancha gaz. 🙁 Le plancher d'une chambre qui grince et la climatisation dont l'emplacement peine a rafraîchir cette même chambre."
