The apartment is located on the first floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate four people: one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, two electric hobs, a microwave, a washing machine, and a television. It also features a 7m² balcony with a partial sea view and a private parking space. Air conditioning is also provided.

Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning is not included (optional cleaning fee: €50).

The "Le Diplomate" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are not numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
