The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence 50 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 4 people: a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room and a double bed (140x190 cm) in the bedroom. No smoking. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, two electric hobs, a microwave, a washing machine, and a television. It also features a 12 m² terrace and a private parking space.

The "Le Président" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are not numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
