  • Plein sud 142 is a mezzanine studio classified 2 stars, on the 3rd floor without elevator of a residence. It includes over 36 m2:
    Level 1: living room, separate kitchen, loggia, separate WC, shower room.
    At level 2: 2 mezzanines that can sleep 4 people. 1 double bed in one, 2 single beds in the other.
    Private parking. Beach at 300 M, Shops at 50 M.
    In the resort: disco, diving, windsurfing, horse riding, craft market ect ....
    A few kms from Collioure and the towns of the Vermeille coast, Port Vendres, Banyuls, Cerbère. 30 Kms from Spain.
    Important note concerning the deposit: It is 250 € and includes a cleaning deposit of 50 € which will not be refunded in case of cleaning not or poorly done. By cons you can take a cleaning option of 30 €.

Résidence très bien placée

A proximité de la plage, des commerces, idéalement situé, tout peut être fait à pieds. L'appartement est parfais pour un couple. Il est plutôt bien équipé. Place de parking privée, c'est un vrai plus sur Argelès. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Propriété au calme! Tout est à proximité ! Le poissonnier juste à côté est terrible pour les plats à emporter (plateaux de fruits de mer, spécialités...). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond très rapidement si nous avons des questions. Nous conseillons vraiment cet appartement.
