"This is a very nice hotel. The bed was super comfy. The man checking us in did the very minimal service. He did not share with us any amenities or tell us our room number! We head to figure out where the elevator was and locate our room. When we asked where to get something to eat he said i funny know. Not very helpful."

The two that were the nicest and most helpful were Sergey and I didn't get his name but he worked a double on Thanksgiving so others could have it off I have a crazy work schedule so it was nice that laundry was open 24 hrs allowing me to wash late night or very early morning . "We stayed two nights and we had a great time. Breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Shower had good water pressure. We watched our favorite shows on the smart tv. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and she drove us safely and on time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value and a safe and comfortable place to stay near the airport. "
