Town has all the amenities. Post Office, bank, supermarket, cafe , pharmacy and restaurant. And a bakery which sells fresh bread and cakes. Also it is near river beach.
Has a park which has kid play area and a big car park.
Easy walk to river beach.
Has a market once a month.
We now provide unlimited 4G wi-fi, so the property is suitable for remote work use.
Portuguese TV channels.
Full central heating in the property.
The pet fee is fully refundable if no extra cleaning is required or damages.
Our price does not increase in the Summer months.
Property has kitchen with cooker and a oven.
Also included all kitchen pots, utensils and had towels.
