"Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. Very clean, the most comfortable bed we've slept in a month in Italy, and more breakfast pastries and snacks then we could ever eat. Fresh milk and juice also provided daily. Small kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals, and the restaurant downstairs has excellent homemade food and the nicest folks you'll meet. Thank you to Julia for...

"RIGHT NEXT TO very active RAILROAD TRACKS. First thing we saw in the very spare bathroom: ear plugs!! We only stayed 45 minutes and 3 trains went by. Address is incorrect [not Viale Michelangelo 142 but 140] we drove around 4 times and our GPS could not find it. I message the property (no answer). So I called, and the guy told me to type 140 and we finally found it]. The place was horrible; parking was not secure and the area was very sketchy. Elevator stunk, it was difficult to figure...

Cortona Old Town
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (278 reviews)
"The location is fantastic. Just steps from the shopping and restaurants. The hotel is old fashioned and charming. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade both fixtures and lighting. But it’s quirky ways also are the very thing that makes it charming. I would ask for a room furthest away from Via Nationale as that street can be loud at night. They have a nice breakfast each morning w an option to eat in the outdoor courtyard. Their sweet staff will bring you speciality coffees to enjoy!"
