  • Beautiful Villa of 150 m2 near Bassin d'Arcachon (300 m from the beach), downtown Arès and its market (1km), 10 minutes from the ocean and 20 minutes from Cap-Ferret. House that can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
    Pool of 7mX4m., Depth 1.50m built in November 2016, around a beautiful wooden terrace of 40 m2 facing south (construction February2017).
    Spacious and very isolated garden of 500 m2 and covered terrace of 50 m2, you will LOVE !!!
