Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de David, le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé.L'accueil a été chaleureux, David est un hôte à l'écoute de ses locataires et est très réactif. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'aménagement extérieur ainsi que l'environnement calme du quartier. Un endroit que nous que recommandons vivement et dans lequel nous reviendront avec plaisir !

Une location magnifique, un propriétaire accueillant et soucieux de notre bien être, cette location est idéalement située entre cap ferret d’un côté et arcachon de l’autre. La maison est tres bien équipée avec une piscine récente mais aussi un Spa. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le jardin (splendide très arboré), les parasols et transat ne manquent pas, vélos à disposition également . Un grand merci à David, nous avons même planifié notre prochaine venue.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt! Alles ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar! In dem wunderschönen Garten findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen, und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad gemacht. Die Atlantikküste ist mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen. Wir haben den Pool (und an kühleren Tagen den Whirlpool) ausgiebig genutzt.Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison ! Tout le nécessaire est là ! Tout est propre et en très bon état ! Le propriétaire était très sympathique, serviable et toujours disponible ! On trouve toujours un coin ombragé dans le magnifique jardin, et l'emplacement est très calme tout en étant central. Nous avons fait de nombreuses balades à vélo. La côte atlantique est facilement accessible en voiture ou à vélo. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine (et du jacuzzi les jours plus frais).Nous serions ravis de revenir et recommandons vivement ce logement !

Séjour Arès Août 2024 / Arès stay August 2024

Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants et avons passé un excellent moment. Les photos de l’annonce sont tout à fait représentatives de la qualité de l’hébergement. De très belles prestations. L’accueil par les propriétaires était super. Et ils étaient toujours à notre disposition pendant le séjour pour toute aide ou conseils. Nous recommandons vivement. We had a wonderful time in the house, as a family with 4 kids. The landlords are very kind and helpful for any help/advice you need. The picture perfectly described the quality of the house. We truly recommend.

Vacances reposantes assurées dans cette belle maison!

Nous avons passées 2 semaines très agréables dans le bassin d'Arcachon, en partie grâce à David et sa superbe demeure. Location conforme à l'annonce, très propre, fonctionnelle, super bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. On s'y sent vite "chez soi"! Idéalement située pour visiter le bassin et ses environs, les vélos mis à disposition sont un vrai plus pour les déplacements courts avec la piste cyclable juste à côté.

Bon séjour à Arès

Location très bien située, proximité de commerces, centrale pour les visites autour du Bassin d’Arcachon et des vignobles bordelais. Propriété agréable, conforme à l’annonce, un petit plus par rapport au jardin entièrement clôturé pour nos animaux. Seul petit bémol, le manque de verres long drink pour l’apéro et tasses pour le petit déjeuner 😄 Location à recommander sans hésitation. L’hôte David est super accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse.

Vacances de rêve dans la maison de David

La maison de David se situe dans un quartier calme à 2 pas du centre d’Ares. Elle est spacieuse, très propre et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est magnifique, le jacuzzi et la douche extérieure sont un vrai plus. C’est une très chouette location dans laquelle il ne manque rien pour se sentir bien et profiter sereinement de la beauté du Bassin.

Propriété conforme en tous points à l’annonce. Propriété vraiment très agréable, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Avec un très beau jardin entretenu avec minutie, une superbe terrasse et en guise de cerise sur le gâteau un très beau spa extérieur apprécié de tous ! Nous avons été accueillis remarquablement par le propriétaire (David) qui n’a pas cessé d’etre aux petits soins ! Disponible et très à l’ecoute, nous avons été enchanté de faire sa connaissance ! Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Arès dans la maison de David. Celui-ci est très disponible et réactif, il nous a indiqué les bons plans( plages, restaurants etc…) Sa maison est superbe, l’intérieur décoré avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie de qualité, une propreté irréprochable et il ne manque rien. Quant à l’extérieur, magnifique terrasse et terrain entretenu avec soin, sans parler du SPA, un plus évident. Autre point essentiel, la maison est idéalement située, dans un quartier très calme, la piste cyclable passe devant la maison, l’océan et le bassin sont accessibles en 10 minutes… Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et remercions David pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Que du positif pour ce super séjour ! Maison d'un propre irréprochable, très bien équipée. Le jardin avec les fleurs très agréable, les petits oiseaux qui viennent nous faire coucou c'est très reposant. Et le jacuzzi..... la cerise sur le gâteau. L'emplacement est top et permet de belles visites. Et bien sûr notre hôte David, merci pour ton accueil et ta gentillesse. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! A très vite... C est sûr!

Un havre de paix au bord du bassin d'Arcachon !

Très jolie maison dans un quartier d'Arès tranquille, avec de l'espace et tout le nécessaire. Un jardin extérieur joliment aménagé, propice à la détente et au repos. Une très belle maison

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison.La maison est comme sur les photos. Elle dispose de 3 chambres, une salle de bain et un séjour avec cuisine et salon, très spacieuse et agréable. Tout était très propre et neuf! elle dispose d'un grand jardin avec des hamacs et une plancha, super!! et une douche extérieure!! la maison est très bien située, près du centre d'Ares; et pour connaître toute le bassin d'Arcachon et à proximité de la plage en voiture. David et son fils Gabriel, ils sont super gentils et attentifs. Merci pour tout! Recomiendo esta casa 100% ; merece la pena la casa en sí y su entorno. Muchas gracias David!
