Loved the house and location. Laurent very helpful with any questions we had. Nice pool, lovely open plan living so great with kids. Quiet in the evenings so restful, and just what we needed. Will definitely be returning.

A Wonderful Stay

We had a brilliant stay in this beautiful villa. It’s a very cleverly designed property with everything you need. It’s in a great situation a short drive from the wonderful beaches of the Atlantic coast and Andernos-Le-Bain. Arès is a short walk for all the shops and oyster shacks. The market is a must. The villa is a delight. It’s got air-con and the pool and jacuzzi are a real bonus. The beds are comfortable. There is also a separate toilet as well as the main bathroom. The owner was very responsive and welcoming and looks after the property well. A little corner of paradise!

Un agréable séjour

Une maison bien située et de plain pied, piscine, jacuzzi et climatisation au top. L’existence d’une place de stationnement est un gros point positif dans la région. Seul petit bémol, le manque de vaisselle (exemple : 4 mugs alors que la maison peut accueillir 9 personnes). Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Elle est très confortable et bien équipée. On peut se déplacer à pied dans Arès en partant de la maison. Si nous séjournons à nouveau dans le coin nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cette maison.

La maison est top pour un séjour en famille. Tout est bien équipé. Attention à l’annonce mensongère par contre ! Notre choix s’était porté sur la maison puisque sur l’annonce était écrit « Maison de charme PISCINE CHAUFFÉE ET SPA » Nous recherchions une piscine pour les enfants et un jacuzzi pour les adultes. Tout était parfait ... jusqu’à ce lorsque nous avons réservé et payé, le propriétaire nous a annoncé que seulement le spa pourrait être utilisé, car il ne chauffait pas la piscine à cet époque de l’année !

Nous avons été totalement séduits par notre location : maison très chaleureuse en bois, piscine chauffée, jacuzzi à 37 °, et la région est superbe... Endroit idéal pour découvrir le Cap Ferret... Nous avons eu une superbe semaine et avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons...
