All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."

"Excellent location directly on Plaza de Armas. Great rooftop for a generous breakfast à la carte menu or a sunset drink. We stayed in a suite which had windows with views of the plaza which was great. The front desk staff is so friendly, and housekeeping did a great job."
