Leider war das Zimmer (Junior Suite) nicht sauber. Zwar war das Personal stehts um Sauberkeit bemüht, hat aber nicht geholfen. Eigentlich schade, da ich von den Riviera Hotels was anderes gewohnt bin. Und ja, leider stimmt es, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite hat ist der Lärm unerträglich. Leider geht der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht und beginnt schon ab 5 Uhr. Wenig Schlaf is da vorprogramiert. Meiner Ansicht nach sollte das Hotel darauf achten, das die Suiten nicht zur Strasse ausgerichtet sind. Man bucht eine Suite wegen der Komfortabilität und da sollte Straßenlärm einem den Schlaf nicht rauben.

Clean hotel in walking distance to main square

Great Service at hotel, including assistance booking a day trip. Rooms very clean. 2nd room nice with balcony, would avoid the rooms on the ground floor with no windows. Breakfast minimalistic.

Great Arequipa Hotel

The staff was very friendly at check in and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and large with a good location in the city. They also held our luggage for a day while we did a hike into Colca Canyon. I desperately wanted to shower when we got back from the hike as we were headed on an overnight bus. I offered to pay to use a shower and be able to do this, but This they would not accommodate. I understand it may not be a normal request, but it would have been very nice!

Trevligt hotell, bra läge

Jättebra hotell , trevligt med boutiqkänsla. Bra sängar och fish och stort rum. Vi fick bo på nedersta våningen vid loungedel och vid frukostmatsal men blev inte störda. Receptionisterna var väldigt hjälpsamma . Frukosten var ingen hit. Läbbiga varmkorvar, sockerflingor och inget pålägg eller frukt ( bara smör ä den vanliga osten.) Men det bästa hoteller vi bodde på på vår resa, och vi hade bokat samma hotell igen

Habitación cómoda, confortable, incluso de otorgaron un calentador. La cama estupenda, la habitación con frigobar ropa de cama y toalla excelente. Sugiero tener servicio de comida, restaurante o al menos delivery sugeridos alrededor. Por lo demás excelente

Cero privacidad

Todo estuvo bien,pero el ultimo dia NO tocaron la puerta y entraron sin previo aviso Dandose cuenta que todavia la habitacion estaba ocupada. A los pocos minutos nos retiramos del lugar con bastante fastidio.

Modernes Hotel mit Minuspunkten

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderbar, die Zimmer groß und die Betten gut, allerdings bietet das Frühstück wenig bis gar keine Auswahl und das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und ist laut, extrem laut, da der Innenhof nach oben und nach Osten völlig offen ist.

Hotel moderno en zona historica

El hotel muy moderno, la arquitectura de sillar de las habitaciones y en general es elegante y me encanto. La limpieza y comodidad de las camas es algo a resaltar. Los unicos dos inconvenientes que tuvimos fue que la primera noche no pudimos dormir , habia personal del hotel que hacia transporte de materiales y el otro punto a mejorar es la atencion del personal de recepcion no son atentos a las necesidades del pasajero, poco comunicativos.

Das Mansion Riviera ist ein neues Hotel in einem alten Gebäude, eigentlich liebevoll umgebaut. Viele Details fehlen aben (noch), Aufzug ins 3 piso wurde während unserem Aufenthalt gebaut. Die Ausrüstung der Zimmer ist minimal. Viele der Zimmer haben nur ein Fenster zum Innerhof, wobei der Zugang zu den anderen Zimmern an diesen Fenstern vorbeiführt. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimal.
