"Felt like we stepped back in time"

"The property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here."

"Beautiful property, drinks from the bar amazing, pools were clean and gorgeous views. We enjoyed the privacy of the room and our jacuzzi bath on our patio. Rooms were very clean, food at the restaurants were reasonably priced and great quality. Breakfast is buffet style and they change up the main dishes. "

"We just stayed at La Mansion Inn for the beginning of our trip in Costa Rica and it set a high bar for the rest of the trip! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, good AC, comfortable beds and private porches that overlooked magical views. The restaurant offered a great breakfast that is included but other items available to a low cost and the food was phenomenal. The staff there were the kindest, most attentive, and friendly people that were not only patient with our lack of Spanish but helped us with the language when we showed interest. It is a little bit of a drive to La Fortuna (~20 min.) but is very close to the Mistico Hanging bridges and having to drive a little was 100% worth every trying this facility offers. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and definitely return!"
