"The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were dated. Having travel to California from South Carolina, me and my guest were disappointed with the room amenities. There were few outlets, there were no vanity mirrors and the mirrors that was there weren't conducive to women needs. They wifi on the TV didn't work, it wasn't a smart TV, so you couldn't stream Netflix, etc. The elevator had dark lighting. This my 1st stay at a Laquinta Inn and my last, the pictures listed were...

"We loved the hotel. It was clean and beautiful. The pool was greet, the breakfast was delicious, the garden is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable."

"Located across from a shopping center, so didn't have to go far for entertainment. Check-in was easy. Had a dog with me and even though they state there is no additional pet fee, they get your with a charge of over $100 for "pet cleaning". That was NOT disclosed when I arrived. They make you sign a waiver that the pet will not be left in the room alone, which I understand but I also don't want the dog downstairs as I am trying to get breakfast with other hotel guests. "The front desk was very accommodating in switching my room. The kitchen staff, specifically Gina was so attentive and helpful to everyone eating breakfast. She was awesome. Thank you all!!"
