"Staff was good, not clean at all. LOUD every single morning and night we were woken up to people yelling and hearing people through the walls. The walls are paper-thin, the rooms fridge and alliances don’t look like they have ever been cleaned. The bugs are horrid. No restaurant and it took over two days to get towels even though I called and sent two text messages. It’s under construction so it feels a little Chaotic. The hideabed was so gross with stained all over. The bathrooms are not clean at all. We were lectured by an employee because one of us didn’t have our wrist band on. I’m not paying money to walk around with a wrist band when I have my room key. This hotel would be a hard pass for me. I stay at Hyatt’s all the time and there has never been a worse one we’ve stayed at. The beach is gorgeous there but the pool is meh. "

"The bed, pillows, and 1 flimsy blanket were horrible!! The lobby shares a horrible pizza restaurant and hair/nail salon, not a great combination of smells. Kids were running up and down the halls late at night and first thing in the morning. We couldn't check out fast enough."

The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation."

I'm very happy with the decor and the surrounding.The pool is astonishing, the water is clean, warm and the lights at night time on the patio and pool area makes the place look like a dream.I'm very satisfied of our 4 day stay there.The hosts were also very friendly, and they would give us fresh eggs from their garden for breakfastThis house made our stay in Peurto Rico worth it and smooth sailing!"

We had four adult children and four elders, the space was clean and enjoyable, especially the pool, deck, and proximity to the beach.
