"This property does not have an indoor restaurant. They don't have many options for breakfast either (no bagels, croissants, pastries) and the only toast is what seemed to be a bun that they split in half and buttered. In addition, while the beach is beautiful, it is not a swimming beach. When we got our room, the shower shelf was falling off and dirty and it was crumbling the wall which was coating the bathtub. One of the jacuzzis was broken during our stay also fyi. If you get a "deal" staying here it is because the property is a bare minimum type of stay so be prepared for this. You will need a car in order to go off site to eat. I will say that the staff were nice, responsive and friendly. However I cannot recommend staying here."

"The House matched exactly the description! 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, one bathroom and a beautiful open space kitchen. I'm very happy with the decor and the surrounding.The pool is astonishing, the water is clean, warm and the lights at night time on the patio and pool area makes the place look like a dream.I'm very satisfied of our 4 day stay there.The hosts were also very friendly, and they would give us fresh eggs from their garden for breakfastThis house made our stay in Peurto Rico worth it and smooth sailing!"

"The room was dirty. The windows were so dirty you couldn't even see the ocean. There were bugs, the towels were dirty, the sheets smelled like smoke, and the whole building smelled like weed. It was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here for anything. "

"The breakfast menu was good. It could have more variety, ie bacon, cheese. The staff was very accommodating. The facility could easily be 5 stars with investment in maintenance, including hot water. "

"Our flight to PR was delayed two days due to a blizzard, communication with our host was immediate and flexible. We had four adult children and four elders, the space was clean and enjoyable, especially the pool, deck, and proximity to the beach. We were looking for a quiet vacation spot and Rose Nest delivered, highly recommend "

"The veranda and patio on the beach side is indeed beautiful, and exactly as pictured. Ocean was rough when we were there, but that is of course no fault of the owner. Owner and manager Iza were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.The kitchen, while spacious, was not very well appointed. It lacked some basics that are necessary if you like to cook: there were no serving bowls, no ladle, ONE dishtowel provided, only one cutting board, one roll of paper towels, etc. It seemed stingy. At very minor expense it could improved significantly. Property manager would no doubt have responded to help us if we raised any of these issues, but they were too minor to raise individually. But collectively, a significant annoyance. We found the beds very comfortable, but A/C in one room wasn't working well. Lighting was a lot of flourescent bulbs, which could be improved. It was also a little offputting to need to pay an extra 100 to use the laundry machine. We understand the beach is hard on laundry machines, and that a water/electric bill are probably expensive, but given the cost of the place over a week it seems like is should simply be a cost of doing business. As others have said, it is not a quiet neighborhood (truly impressive stereo systems on some cars cruising by...). But that said, we actually came to really appreciate the location. It has character, and the people couldn't be nicer. "
