Rural Wagon Accommodation, fully equipped apartments with POOL, have everything you need for your vacation.

The accommodation has POOL, large terrace, garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, porch and barbecue.

This apartment has kitchen equipped with everything you need, living room with living room and dining room with large and comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, free WIFI service, air conditioning and heating, hot water, has large porch, terrace, garden, POOL and BBQ.

The kitchen is equipped with various kitchen utensils, such as microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, utensils and crockery.

Accommodation Rural Wagon has achieved through the rehabilitation of old train carriages of the 50s and has all the amenities, has floating flooring, careful decoration with vintage touches - industrial, very bright with large windows overlooking the garden and it is located next to the pool.

Area:
The accommodation is located just 10 minutes from the city, in the middle of Murcia's orchard, surrounded by plants and fruit trees such as lemon trees, orange trees, banana trees, nispereros, fig trees, palms, etc. in a residential area and on a private plot, ideal for relaxation and rest.

Our apartment wagon is located next to other wagons, forming between them a large terrace as a train station, is located in a quiet residential green area, in the middle of Murcia's orchard and very close to the center of the city and next to the University of San Antonio (UCAM) only 400 m. No parking problems and direct link to the A7 motorway at 1500 m. and with public transport service (bus and tram) just 200 m.
It has all services just 400 m. as bars, restaurants, banks, library, paddle tennis courts, supermarket, gas station, etc ... and shopping centers only 900 m. and the Terra Natura and Aqua Natura theme park just 5 minutes away.

"Alojamiento Vagón Rural" is located next to the Jerónimos Monastery of the 18th century and the University of San Antonio "UCAM" as well as the La Noria shopping center and also very close to the University of Murcia, the Terra Natura leisure park and Aqua Natura is only 5 minutes away, in addition to different shopping centers such as Ikea, Thader, Nueva Condomina and El Tiro and with public transport, bus and tram connection only 200m away. so you can get to the city center quickly and conveniently.

Rural Wagon Accommodation offers you a unique and special place, being the result of the rehabilitation of old freight train wagons, rehabilitated as apartments and strategically located in the so-called "Orchard of Europe" which makes it ideal for the rest of your vacation or business visit, studies and masters, for being very close to the universities of Espinardo and UCAM, it is also ideal for the tourist visit of the city and the entire Region of Murcia.
