The staffs are very friendly. Check in process was smooth and the room was clean and with a very nice lake view same as the room description. The breakfast was cook to your order, hot and tasty.

The room was a good size and tea/coffee making facilties were offered.The bed was comfortable and bedlinen was clean. Negatives were the shower tray needed a better clean as it was mouldy in parts. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Easy check in and out. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard. Having to wait for a fried egg to be served means your breakfast is cold by the time it arrives.
