South Asheville Townhome, with outdoor space, and contemporary design. This 3-bedroom townhome features two king and one queen bedrooms.
The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Great Mid-Week Getaway

This property was perfect for my two teenage children and I. It was a nice mid-week escape that allowed me to work from "home" in the mornings, enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding areas had to offer in the afternoons / evenings, and unwind in comfort each night. Wonderful property that was very clean, simple, and met all of our needs!

Very clean and well stocked. Just as described. Hosts are quick to respond if needed. Liked being able to use the garage for parking. Very quiet neighborhood which was a huge bonus for us.

Our friends live around the corner in Royal Pines so this was a great location. This place is 2 floors with one bedroom and en-suite upstairs and two bedrooms with bathroom downstairs. House was super convenient to hang out and cook in and visit. Hot tub was nice touch.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Very clean. The place was bigger than we expected so there was plenty of room. We loved that it was close to everything but secluded enough to relax in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

The location was close to everything we needed. Hot tub was great. Everything in the place was nice. View from deck had good view of the fall leaves. No noise from neighbors. Im not big on doing reviews, but i can say I would stay there again.

My Birthday Trip

My husband and I came up for my birthday. The place was nice and clean and bigger than I expected. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. The place was only 15 minutes away from a small town; it was a good enough distance where we weren't kept up by the noise. Perfect place to decompress!

Girls Trip

Great location and clean facilities. Would suggest some blackout curtains in bedrooms and maybe a screen or something to block the hot tub because the other units outdoor lights shine right in your eyes when you are sitting in the hot tub. Also maybe some chairs on the porch and something you can use to plug the bathtub so you can take a bath otherwise nice place. Thank you!

We loved how clean the house was and how it felt fresh! If we had to have have a negative it would be that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with things you normally need to cook like potholders. Everything else was great!

The place was great - we found it as advertised and it served our needs. We did find it a little confusing that two car parking was specified and two garage doors pictured, but only one garage was allotted to the property. Also, it would be nice to have some curtains around the hot tub area for privacy - we were tubbing with all of our neighbors at one point! To have us out of their sight lines would have been better. Thanks!

clean, well located but

The townhouse was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. That being said, there are a few things that would make it nicer and one warning if you have people that can't do stairs. The townhouse was clean and a lot of things looked new. The environment was rather sterile though with minimal decorations and it echoed inside due to that. Additionally, I might have missed it but I don't recall seeing that there is only 1 BR on the main floor and the other 2 are down a rather steep staircase. Lastly, schedule your showers out. If a person is in the downstairs shower, the upstairs one doesn't get hot

Water outage notification.

The property was beautiful, however the lack of water especially to flush toilets was very hard. I do feel since it had been out since the 24th you could have sent the email about it earlier than you did. We were on the road and did not know until we arrived. The girl was nice but said she thought it would be on by the next day. Just all unfortunate!
