The second bedroom on the upper level is also a king suite with a soaking tub, sitting area, and enclosed porch. There are three additional queen bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, providing ample space for everyone. For added flexibility and convenience, the lower level sleeping area is an apartment space with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.

Quiet Policy: Mountain Dream is located in a very private, quiet neighborhood with a tight-knit community. It is imperative that guests respect the neighbors and adhere to the quiet policy. Parties, loud noises, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, an additional fee may be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130, and there is a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
