We really enjoyed our little get-a-way for the weekend. The house was plenty spacious for two couples and well equipted. The neighborhood was nice and the location was great. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed in this VRBO for two nights a couple of weeks ago. It was clean, and nice. Mr. Ellis was very easy to work with; and if we need a place to stay in the future when we fly into Asheville, we wouldn't think twice about staying there.

It was like a little cabin in the woods. It was very conveniently located in a part of Asheville that I was doing business in for two weeks. It was clean and well-appointed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The owner, John Ellis, was a great guy and very accommodating.

We were in the area to visit The Biltmore. Though the drive was a little further than I had hoped, the house was a great place to rest. We really enjoyed getting takeout, watching movies, and resting in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The house is a perfect size for two adults or two couples. It was very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying at John's house in Arden. The house was very clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. The location was excellent--a nice, quiet neighborhood near both Asheville and wonderful hiking trails. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Hendersonville, Brevard, etc. We had a problem that was beyond the owner's control and he was very attentive and did all he could to solve the issue. Wonderful host and location.

This property provided us with EXACTLY what we needed. John, the host, and I stayed in communication during the Asheville holiday water situation. The area where this property's located regained water service the weekend before we left for Asheville. Very clean. Quiet residential street. Conveniently located to where we needed to be. Will be staying here, again.

Our stay was for learning more about Asheville which we were able to do. Our accommodations were wat we needed (2 bed and 2 bath). The place was clean and comfortable! Communication was prompt and helpful. We even left an something behind that the property manager, John was nice enough to make a special trip to the post office to send it to me.

Nice small house in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Convenient for us to visit Biltmore Estate and NC Arboretum and close to numerous restaurants. Having two bathrooms is a great feature. King bedroom does not have the attached bath, this was not an issue for us though. Being an older house the bathrooms are a little small, but very functional. The TV was the only inconvenience for us, there is no local TV service, the TV only provides ROKU. And other apps for watching TV. We enjoyed out stay very much. Owner was very responsive to emails and texts.
