"My air-conditioner in the room was not working. They had one person for the restaurant and the hotel. I did complain in the morning at the front desk when someone came at 1130am. I could not sleep all night without the AC."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. It smells great ! The decor is a little tired but what you would expect from an old town hotel . There is underground car parking for a fee and is very tight to get in and out of but typical for the area . Don’t hire a large car if parking there ! The breakfast is mainly continental style and there was plenty of choice and was topped up as and when required . There were a few hot food items to choose from too . I didn’t use the spa but read my book on the roof terrace for a bit which was pleasant enough. The location is fabulous with everything you need to see on your doorstep . I would say overall the hotel is very good value and I would recommend."

"This a nice hotel. The building AC was not working during how stay. The staff did not mention at check-in. We had a south-west facing room and got super warm, 30+ degrees at night and we did not get a good night sleep. The front desk was ambivalent about the issue and should have been handled much better.. Would not recommend."

"Lovely stay - glorious views. Our only recommendation is to not trust the GPS to get you there easily. The dirt road is actually treacherous and you have to drive through a stream. Our dinner was good as was the breakfast. "

"The room was clean and well property is well located. The breakfast was excellent. Great coffee and prompt service even though they were busy. The walls are thin . We could hear everything from the room next door. They were quiet at night so it wasn’t a big problem for us but it could be an issue for some travellers. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "
