Bus stop 6 km, railway station 38 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 m. Hiking paths: Sierra de Grazalema 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 40 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
"Arcos Gardens Golf", 3-room terraced house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of golf course. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house.
