"The front staff is amazing, had a last minute change of mind about the room I book and they upgraded us on spot. Everyone there is amazing and very helpful! The hotel its self is at a prime location and only a few minutes walk away from the attractions in Chicago. The valet service was good and very handy in a busy city like Chicago. "

"Had a great stay here. Great location in downtown. So many bars and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the double queen room. Very spacious and clean. They have a decent gym. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I didn't know that a lot of places in Chicago do that."
