Good location as quiet and though not too close to town, they provided free transport on request

They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number.
They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation.
It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive.
