"We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite."

"Attractive buildings set in park-like grounds around a lake. Modern comfortable rooms. Excellent food both for evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I did not like the room because there was no air conditioning and there were no fans available from the reception desk and the breakfast had some scramble eggs that were not tasting good no eggs to order so first time here and last time here. "

"I did find the room, although clean, one of the most uncomfortable I have had. Pillow was horrible and the bedding not much better. Could really use a little modernisation but most of all, lose the pillows for better ones, horrible nights sleep."
