Small but significant details made a difference: the in-room coffee was genuinely high-quality, the Wi-Fi was seamless, and I appreciated that the TV offered accessible programming without requiring a personal streaming login. The cleanliness is also worth noting—from the elevators to the hallways, the entire property is immaculate and free of the common "hotel odors" often found in older builds. Alice’s Restaurant provided excellent service and delicious fare, and the casino is a great added amenity. This is easily one of the most impressive, business-friendly hotel-casino properties I’ve encountered recently."
