Joli appart bien situé au calme
Appart bien agencé, fonctionnel, calme et bien situé. Tout est à proximité et accessible à pieds ou en vélo. Propriétaires réactifs et sensible aux exigences des locataires.
Super vacances passées ici.
Simplement un petit bémol sur l'absence de wifi.

Une semaine à Arcachon
Appartement T2 très bien situé pour visiter Arcachon et ses alentours. La résidence Zéphir est très calme et la piscine est très agréable et adaptée pour faire quelques longueurs. Il y a un bassin pour les petits et un bassin un peu plus profond (1m60). L'appartement possède un balcon pour prendre les repas (ou sécher du linge) et des équipements qui rendent le séjour agréable (lave-linge, cuisine équipée, lave-vaisselle, combi grill-micro-ondes, cafetière senseo, télé moderne, places de parking dans la résidence). Proche commerces et plages. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le point noir : il n'y a pas internet et la 4G dans la zone n'est pas géniale. C'est dommage (nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de l'option netflix sur la télé par exemple).

Belle découverte que le bassin d'Arcachon
L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme à 10mn à pieds du centre ville et facilement accessible depuis la gare. Il est fonctionnel, et bénéficie d'un balcon. Nous avons aussi apprécié sa piscine et le parking a vélos.
Nous ne connaissions pas Arcachon et avons été agréablement surprises par son centre ville qui propose des restaurants de qualité et commerces de bouche offrant des produits frais et de proximité. Visite surprenante par la beauté des villas de la ville d'hiver, du jardin mauresque. La proximité du Cap Ferret est un plus et il est facile de s'y rendre soit en voiture ou par Bateau pour s'y balader, y déguster quelques huîtres dans un cabanon face à la dune du Pyla.
Si vous aimez vous déplacer à vélo en famille, Arcachon met à votre disposition des pistes cyclables sécurisées.
