The apartment is refurbished in a contemporary spirit. It is located close to all shops, the Market and boat departures. Cycle path at the foot of the building. It is completely through (living room kitchen one room). The American kitchen has Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Dishwasher, built-in fridge freezer. Induction hob.
Various small household appliances including Nespresso, mixer, blender, toaster, fruit press. It has 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower.

Alles wie erhofft!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön: freundlich und geräumig, einen Katzensprung vom Strand und von den Innenstadtgassen mit Geschäften und Lokalen entfernt. Wir sind mit dem Zug gekommen und zu Fuß vom Bahnhof gelaufen. Das Boot aufs Cap Ferret fährt eine Seebrücke weiter ab, es gibt einen Bus zur Dühne und einen Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Morgens waren wir oft auf dem Markt. Es gibt aber auch eine Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung hat auf zwei Seiten Balkone, einer hat immer Sonne, der andere Schatten. Sie sind breiter als es auf den Fotos erscheint und einer hat zwei Hochlehner mit verstellbarer Lehne und einen Sonnenschirm. Ich beschreibe das, weil und Zweifel an der Nutzbarkeit der Balkone uns fast abgehalten hätten, die Wohnung zu buchen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!
