this apartment is located in this authentic 19th century Arcachonnaise villa .. insulation, double glazing and electric shutters ..
The furniture and the floors, including the terrace, are made of wood for maximum comfort. . eucalyptus deckchairs for your pleasure. All the necessary linen is provided to you (toilet, kitchen, sheets) .. the mattress pads and pillows are changed after each occupation
For rentals longer than 1 week We change all the linen after 7 nights.
A kitchen background is at your disposal: tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar oil etc.
You will find all the comfort you need for your vacation here.
we can provide you with everything you need for a baby (bed, playpen, bath, changing mat)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes, leurs explications, leur disponibilité, la propreté des lieux, la gestion des serviettes et linges de maison changés toutes les semaines, l’équipement de l’appartement où il ne manque rien pour profiter de notre séjour. L’agencement avec l’accès extérieur, la terrasse, la possibilité de garer une voiture à l’intérieur sont des plus appréciables pour ce lieu proche du centre ville. Tout est à disposition: plancha, transat, jeux pour enfants… La gentillesse de Sandrine et Rodolphe a fini de nous convaincre: notre meilleure location sur Arcachon!

La maison est d’une propreté exemplaire et dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires : on s’y sent comme à la maison Sandrine et Rodolphe sont très à l’écoute . Deux vélos sont à disposition et comme nous sommes venus avec notre fille Rodolphe nous en a gentiment amené un troisième A noter que la maison est très bien placée (plage et promenade le long de la mer à proximité immédiate ) mais située sur une route passagère . Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu

La Villa Victoria à la Toussaint

Rodolphe est venu nous chercher à la gare pour un séjour sans voiture. Et nos hôtes ont trouvé plein de jouets qui ont énormément plu à nos jeunes enfants. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé (y compris le nécessaire pour cuisiner des coquillages). Arcachon et ses environs offrent de multiples possibilités de balades en famille, en bord de mer (autour du bassin ou vers l'océan), en forêt, dans la ville d'hiver... Avec un temps clément à la Toussaint, un séjour très réussi!

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, sympathiques et disponibles à convenance. Nous précise les lieux à privilégier. Location très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut, on ne se soucie de rien. À proximité dès commerces et à 50 m du bassin d'Arcachon, sa situation est idéale, 2 vélos à disposition pour parcourir les nombreuses pistes cyclables et laisser enfin sa voiture de côté.
